James Rucker has worked to create online infra¬structure that unites members of underrepre¬sented and underserved constituencies and moves them towards action that creates social and polit¬ical change. He is the co-founder of the Citizen Engagement Laboratory, an online community that expands on his work with ColorOfChange.org, which has helped Black Americans bring about increased political and media accountability.
