Jaime Horn is a communications specialist at The Institute for Inclusive Security, where she is responsible for the Institute’s media outreach. Since joining Inclusive Security in 2010, she has placed Institute staff and leadership, as well as members of the Women Waging Peace Network, in media outlets including PBS NewsHour, the Washington Times, NPR, and Foreign Policy.

Ms. Horn has over 12 years of experience in communications, politics, and international development. Previously, she worked for UN Women's South Asia Regional Office in Delhi, India in the anti-human trafficking and women, peace, and security division. Prior to that, Ms. Horn was Vice President of Communications for Air America Radio, the liberal progressive radio network. Ms. Horn has a Masters of Arts in Conflict Transformation from the School for International Training and sits on the Board of The Andi Foundation, which offers financial assistance to young women seeking to pursue work in the fields of communications, politics, and humanitarian work.
