Roxane Wilber is a senior researcher and writer at The Institute for Inclusive Security, where she conducts primary and secondary research on women's leadership in peacebuilding, politics, and other settings. She has recently focused on Bosnia's war of the 1990s and on the rise of women's leadership in Rwanda. She has also edited Institute reports on Guatemala, Rwanda, and Sierra Leone.
Previously, Ms. Wilber served in the United States Peace Corps, teaching at Saratov State University in the Russian Federation. She received her MALD in public international law and international security from Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy of Tufts University and her BA in physics and English literature from Northwestern University.
