Rebecca Miller is a senior program officer at The Institute for Inclusive Security. She leads Inclusive Security’s work to advance women’s participation in decision making in Israel and Palestine and promotes women’s participation in peace processes throughout the Middle East. Ms. Miller also works to strengthen Inclusive Security’s partnerships with other international and local organizations, mainstream gender in the peacebuilding community, and increase collaboration with like-minded actors.

Previously, Ms. Miller worked as a research assistant for an international affairs consulting firm and, prior to that, in special education. She holds a BA in political science and Spanish from Grinnell College and an MA in international affairs from The George Washington University Elliott School of International Affairs.
